One Year Limited Warranty

If your board was damaged due to faulty manufacturing, you may be eligible for a free repair or replacement.

What is covered?
Any issues caused by manufacturing defects in our cutting boards

What is not covered?

• Abuse, alteration or use of the board for anything other than its intended use
• Normal wear and tear
• Warping or cracking caused by improper care
• Damage caused by dishwasher use
• Damage caused by exposure to extremely hot or cold temperatures
• Damage caused by storing board in a damp or humid environment

How long is my product covered by warranty?
One year from the date of purchase

What happens next?
We will be in touch within 2 business days of receiving your form. If your product has been purchased in the past year and is found defective according to the conditions above, Maggie’s Warehouse will either repair or replace it.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Maggie’s Warehouse.
